What it does
RB4 is a script (computer program) that helps website administrators (webmasters) to manage their site traffic.
This manual is targeted for people, who have AT LEAST SOME traffic trading skills. If you don't know what
traffic trades are, you should quit reading this page and get back to playing "Nintendo".
